Hotel and hospitality
Hotel and hospitality
Through us, you can work in restaurants and hotels as a waiter/waitress, cook, kitchen assistant, bartender, or even a receptionist.
You can choose to work occasional shifts in multiple customer locations or focus on working in just one place - the choice is yours. The work is always easily adaptable to your own life, whether you're looking for temporary shifts or a longer-term employment.
Seasonal work for summer and holiday seasons
Through us, you can find various seasonal jobs, either for the busy summer and holiday seasons in major cities or for the skiing and snowboarding season in Lapland. During the summer, we mostly employ waiters/waitresses and festival assistants, while in winter, we look for cooks and chefs in major ski resorts, among other positions.
Cook, chef
One of the most common recruitment assignments we have is to find full-time or part-time chefs for our client companies. Chefs are often employed directly by the client, and we act as the intermediary in the recruitment process.
Flexible evening and weekend work
As a hotel and hospitality industry worker, your shifts will mostly fall in the evenings and weekends, making it an excellent fit for students, those starting their careers, or individuals looking for extra income. The greatest advantage of working in the hotel and restaurant industry is its flexibility.
Through us, you can find employment in roles such as:
- Waiter/Waitress
- Cook/Chef
- Restaurant Assistant
- Bartender
- Host/Hostess
- Receptionist
We spend a large part of our lives working. That is why it is important for us here at Folka that people feel comfortable in the place where they work. For my part, I want to be there to provide support and help find the right place for you. Everyone can be exactly what they want to be. The most important thing is that you are yourself.
