The recruitment agency pays the employee's salary and takes care of all other obligations, such as insurance and occupational healthcare. The recruitment agency charges the user company for the use of labour and any other services included in the contract.
The task of the client company is to acquaint and guide the employee in their daily work. Temporary employees work under the management of the client company and have all the same benefits and rights as the company's own employees.

The salary of the rental worker is always in accordance with the customer company's collective agreement and is paid on time. If your job in a client company ends, we will offer you a new position in a similar company before the end of the previous contract.
Many client companies are also happy to employ a good rental worker on their own payroll as the rental employment contract draws to a close.
